About the Role

You’ll drive performance-oriented digital marketing across paid ads, landing pages, and conversion tracking. This role is focused on measurable outcomes like leads, bookings, and revenue, and suits someone who is hands-on with execution and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Build and improve landing pages and lead flows with the team
  • Set up and monitor tracking for conversions and campaign performance
  • Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, and A/B tests
  • Create weekly performance reports and actionable insights
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and messaging
  • Continuously improve cost per lead, conversion rate, and overall ROI

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Understanding of funnels, targeting, and conversion optimization
  • Comfort with numbers, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
  • Clear communication and strong execution discipline

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Basic SEO understanding and landing page best practices
  • Experience with email or WhatsApp marketing automation
  • Experience in hospitality, local services, or lead-generation businesses

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field
  • Minimal experience required, 1 to 3 years in digital marketing preferred

Compensation

Salary
₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
Performance Bonus
Up to ₹90,000
