About the Role

Responsibilities

A. Strategy, Research & Planning

  1. Research and synthesize insights into decision-ready outputs like pitch decks, proposals, and project briefs.
  2. Provide structured analysis and data-backed recommendations to support the founder.

B. Outreach & Administration

  1. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and customers to gather quotes, offers, timelines, and confirmations.
  2. Manage and improve online presence across business profiles, social media, directories, OTAs/portals, company pages, and websites.
  3. Handle routine administrative tasks, including form-filling and portal-based submissions.

C. Execution & Follow-ups

  1. Track priorities, deadlines, payments, and follow-ups across teams and external stakeholders (operations, accounts, sales, vendors).
  2. Coordinate basic financial tasks: collection follow-ups, payment reminders, and outstanding invoice tracking.

D. Reporting

  1. Prepare weekly and monthly updates covering progress, key metrics, blockers, and pending tasks.
  2. Maintain simple trackers and dashboards to ensure visibility and accountability.

Requirements

  • Strong research skills- can find the right information fast and summarize it well.
  • Excellent communication- clear calls/messages, professional follow-ups, strong writing.
  • Analytical mindset- comfortable with numbers, comparisons, and structured thinking.
  • Highly organized- task tracking, prioritization, and documentation discipline.
  • Strong tech and systems capability
  • Comfortable using AI tools for drafting/research.

Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience in a founder’s office, consulting, ops, or fast-paced startups.

Salary
₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
Performance Bonus
Up to ₹90,000
