Graphic Designer
About the Role
You will create visual assets for branding, marketing, communication, and business operations. This role requires strong design execution across digital and print formats, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and fast turnaround.
Responsibilities
- Create marketing creatives, brand assets, brochures, presentations, and social media designs
- Develop visual concepts based on campaign briefs and business requirements
- Design print-ready materials such as posters, standees, menus, and signage
- Adapt creatives into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms
- Maintain visual consistency across brands, campaigns, and communication materials
- Edit images, layouts, and design files based on feedback
- Organize source files, templates, and reusable assets for team use
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for timely design delivery
Requirements
- Strong graphic design fundamentals including typography, color, and layout
- Good working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
- Ability to produce clean, high-quality designs across digital and print formats
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution
- Ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and managing revisions efficiently
Nice to Haves
- Experience with branding and identity design
Qualifications
- Any experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio with social, branding, or print work
- Degree or diploma in design or related field preferred but not mandatory
Compensation
- Salary
- ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
- Performance Bonus
- Up to ₹90,000
