About the Role

You will handle day-to-day IT support tasks across devices, software, user accounts, and office systems. This role is execution-focused and requires strong ownership in resolving issues quickly and keeping systems usable for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for common IT issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and login-related problems
  • Set up new user devices, email accounts, and access permissions
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding for IT assets and accounts
  • Track IT tickets, issue status, and resolution timelines
  • Maintain records of devices, accessories, and software licenses
  • Document common issues and create basic troubleshooting notes

Requirements

  • Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software issues
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and user account setup
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and work independently

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin basics
  • Exposure to remote support tools and ticketing systems

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree pursuing/completed in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred but not mandatory
  • Practical troubleshooting ability is more important than formal certifications

Compensation

Stipend
₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Performance Bonus
