About the Role

You’ll execute our day-to-day social media operations, ensuring consistent posting, strong content quality, and active engagement. This role suits someone who can manage multiple accounts, coordinate with creatives, and drive steady growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage weekly content calendars for multiple brands
  • Write captions and briefs for creatives, and coordinate with designers and editors
  • Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and updates across platforms
  • Manage comments and messages, and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and content style
  • Track and report performance, and suggest improvements based on insights
  • Support basic influencer or collaboration coordination when required

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats
  • Good writing skills and ability to adapt tone to different brands
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and meet deadlines consistently
  • Comfort with basic analytics and reporting
  • Working knowledge of Canva and common content tools

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with short-form video workflows and editing coordination
  • Basic knowledge of paid boosts or post promotion
  • Understanding of content strategy for hospitality or local businesses
  • Experience managing Google Business Profile or review responses

Qualifications

  • Minimal experience in social media or related work preferred

Compensation

Salary
₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
Performance Bonus
Up to ₹90,000
