UI/UX Designer

About the Role

You will design user interfaces and user experiences for websites, web apps, and internal tools. This role requires strong product thinking, structured design execution, and the ability to turn requirements into usable, production-ready designs.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI screens for web and product experiences
• Translate business requirements into clear user journeys and interface layouts
• Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile use cases
• Build and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Improve existing interfaces based on usability issues and feedback
• Prepare design handoff files, specs, and interaction details
• Maintain consistency across products, modules, and user touchpoints

Requirements

• Strong UI design skills with clear understanding of UX principles
• Proficiency in Figma and modern product design workflows
• Good understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to design responsive interfaces and think through edge cases
• Strong problem-solving skills and user-centered thinking
• Ability to work independently and handle design ownership from brief to handoff

Nice to Haves

• Experience with design systems and component-based design
• Familiarity with usability testing and feedback-driven iteration
• Basic understanding of frontend implementation constraints
• Experience designing dashboards, forms, or workflow-based products
• Exposure to motion or interaction design for product interfaces

Qualifications

• Any experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong portfolio showing web or app design work with end-to-end thinking
• Degree in design or related field preferred but not mandatory
