Web Developer

About the Role

You will build, maintain, and improve websites and web-based experiences across business and product needs. The role requires strong technical execution, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both new development and ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, and web modules
• Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Build reusable UI components and maintain frontend code quality
• Integrate APIs, forms, and third-party tools into web experiences
• Optimize website speed, usability, and technical health
• Troubleshoot bugs, broken layouts, and deployment issues
• Manage updates, content changes, and technical improvements on existing sites
• Work with design and business teams to turn requirements into working pages

Requirements

• Experience with at least one frontend framework
• Ability to build responsive and production-ready interfaces
• Basic understanding of backend integration and API usage
• Familiarity with Git and deployment workflows

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Next.js, React, or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and web performance
• Familiarity with CMS platforms or headless CMS setups
• Basic backend knowledge in Node.js or similar
• Experience with analytics tools and form integrations

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in web development
• GitHub or portfolio
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
